How much does it cost to join the Wine Club?
There is no cost to join.
How do the benefits work?
Wine club members enjoy quarterly releases of our handcrafted limited production wines along with winemakers notes in the shipments. All wine club members receive invitations to special VIP wine events during the year. Members also receive complimentary tastings, savings on wine, and a number of private tastings for themselves and guests depending on club selection.
Can I set up a gift membership?
Yes! Simply fill out the gift recipients name and shipping information on the sign up form. Memberships are gifted for specified periods of time.
How will I know when there is an upcoming release?
All wine club members will receive an email notifying them of an upcoming release.
How often are wine releases?
Wines are released quarterly.
How will I be charged for my wine?
You will receive an email prior to the upcoming release letting you know the wine selection and cost. Charges will be automatically applied to the card on file.
Can I have my wine shipped or do I have to pick it up?
You may choose to have it shipped or be a pick up member. As a pick up member you have the opportunity to enjoy the pick up party where you can sample wines and food, pick up your shipment, and have a great time with other wine club members. If you are unable to pick up your wine after 60 days we will conveniently ship it to you and apply shipping charges to the card we have on file.
Can I have someone else pick up my wine release?
Yes, just send us an email or give us a call with the name of the person that will be picking it up so we can make a note on your account.
How long does my membership last?
Your membership lasts as long as you wish!
Can my membership benefits be extended to someone else?
We encourage members to bring guests with them and enjoy complimentary tastings. Other membership benefits only extend to the person on the account and their spouse/partner. Memberships can be gifted to friends and family for specified periods of time.
What is the cancellation policy?
We hate to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your membership, we ask that you give us notice at least three weeks prior to the next release. If we do not get a timely notice you will be required to accept the most current release. We require members receive four releases before cancellation.
